Ashland, OR resident Richard Moeschl is the author of the play “Arthur’s Dreams” which won the 2006 Oregon Book Award for Drama. He is the Arts and Entertainment Editor for the Mail Tribune, Medford, OR and the Ashland Daily Tidings, Ashland, OR. He is a weekly columnist and a theater critic for the Mail Tribune. A founding member of the Playwrights Unit at Oregon Stage Works in Ashland. Richard serves on a number of non-profit arts boards and is working with a group to build a Producing Arts Center in Ashland.
