Laurie Blauner's second novel, Infinite Kindness, was recently published by Black Heron Press and received a 4Culture grant.  The book is about a nurse in 1867 London who practices euthanasia.  ".... a poetic and evocative treatment of a fascinating time..."  (Library Journal).

Her first novel, Somebody, was also published by Black Heron Press.  She is also the author of five books of poetry and has a sixth book forthcoming from WordTech Press.
