Jenni
Ferrari-Adler is the editor of Alone in
the Kitchen with An Eggplant: Confessions of Cooking for One and Dining Alone. Jenni is
a graduate of Oberlin College and the University of Michigan, where she
received an MFA in fiction. Her short fiction has been published in
numerous literary journals such as Glimmer Train and her food writing has been featured in
New York Magazine. Jenni is an
