J. Otto Seibold, a first generation citizen, grew up in the orchards of John Muir, and played in the sands of the 680 freeway expansion. He is the author and illustrator of many near-famous children’s books and potential classics. Among them 1997's Olive the Other Reindeer, and 2006's Quincy the Hobby Photographer. J.
