Carole Radziwill worked as a journalist at ABC News for over a
decade. She produced specials for Peter Jennings’ documentary unit,
covering domestic issues such as abortion and gun control, and foreign
stories in Cambodia, Haiti, and Israel during the Gulf War. She later
produced stories for the news magazine shows 20/20 and Primetime. She won
several awards for her work, including three EMMYS. In 2002, Radziwill
spent 6 weeks embedded with the 101st Airborne Division in Afghanistan.
She returned home and eventually left ABC to write her memoir entitled
What Remains: A Memoir of Fate,
Friendship and Love. It spent 6 weeks on the New York Times best seller list. She
writes a monthly column for Glamour
magazine and is finishing up her first novel, a comedy about sex,
death and love set in New York City.
